2. When you were banned and on which server (DD) (Hangi serverde banlandın)
3. Who banned you (Seni kim banladı)
4. Why you were banned (Neden ban yedin)
5. What is your serial (type "serial" (without quotes) in the console (f8 or ~) and post result here).(serail adresini yolla, f8'den alablirsin)
6. Why you want/deserve to be unbanned (Neden banının açılmasını istiyorsun)
